Haul off was reasonable, so much easier than having to do it yourself. First thing they did was load up our old fridge we had ready for them in the garage. Both delivery persons were very friendly and helpful.

Guys who rolled away my old washer (and installed the new one) were super professional and courteous as well as understanding in that our old washer had quit mid-cycle and still had water in the drum. They handled it with grace and care.

The washer was delivered and indtalled, but the dryer had to be returned, as i had ordered gas by mistake. They took the old dryer out to haul away, and they relocated the old washer to the garage for a pick-up by someone else who needed one. All was done smoothly and professionally.

I did not have the space to keep the old dryer until I could schedule a pickup with my disposal service or have the ability to haul to a recycling facility myself. For the price it was nice to have the replacement delivered and the old one taken away and not have to deal with it anymore. Very professionally done.
