One man was all it took to bring in the new dishwasher and two to remove the old one. The new one is very lite and easy to move around when making the water, drain and electric connections. Super quite! I run it in the middle of the night and just forget about it.

The old washer we had was hauled away after the new was was delivered and installed. The men who delivered the new washer and hauled away the old one were very very careful not to damage anything in the process. They cleaned up and took all the boxes and paper with them. Very pleased.

They delivered the new dryer and took the old one away very quickly. They were in and out in less than 10 min. And I didn’t have to worry about disposing of the old dryer myself.

Don't go cheap - pay for the whole thing. Including removal. Just do yourself a favor. You're not going to sell the old thing, get real. Best buy has this down to a science. Agents were communicative and professional. Great trouble shooters in an old condo building's plumbing. Value.

Added this service because I didn't have anywhere to store my old appliances. They brought in the new appliances and removed them. There was no way I would have been able to remove them myself. Very professional service. Highly recommend.

Everything was delivered and installed in the same day and they hauled off the trash from delivered items!

They came and took everything, left everything clean no complaints.

Both of my installers came wearing covid 19 p.p.e. (Masks, Gloves and Boot Covers). Friendly, quick, clean and thorough install. They even installed a new outlet I had in the garage because the installers of my old microwave had tampered with the existing outlet. They removed and hauled away the old microwave. Paid for haul away only. Guys showed up right on time. They even called ahead too. They had two guys remove old unit from laundry but asked me where I wanted new unit. They said they are not suppose to take new unit out of the box but just drop it at your home. I said no way. Put in laundry which they did after a little fussing.

Delivery and disposal of dishwasher new and old was great! Shouldn’t needed to buy a new one after just 3 years but Best Buy is always tops when it come to service!

My old appliance was removed and hauled away with no problems. The team cleaned and left everything from my front door to the kitchen in perfect condition.

What isn't to get about this? It is worth every penny, and you save your back! The service people were professionals in every sense of the word. They were fast, REALLY cleaned up after themselves and let things better than when they arrived.
