The team communicated well, delivered on time, and installed the new microwave quickly before taking the old item with them. The team was friendly, professional, and fast. I was impressed and made me much more disposed to choose Best Buy.

But was pleasantly surprised when the Best Buy delivery truck showed up. The two delivery people were friendly, conscience, accommodating, educational and thorough. I would recommend them very highly, for any install.

Will and his business partner did an excellent job with this service, and very carefully lifted the fridges up and down stairs. They were friendly and professional, called ahead, and were very efficient. I would definitely recommend them! Refrigerator looks great! Excited to use it!

Not only did the delivery staff install the new fridge but removed the old fridge. Staff was very careful placing the appliance in place without bumping into walls or doorways but verified that all connections were operational.

We moved the old washer out to help them out ahead of time. They had our new one in and old loaded in their truck in less than 15 minutes! Well worth the extra cost

I am so glad that I used their professional haul away service! The men were very careful and moved the old dryer up from the basement and out to their truck in minutes. Definitely worth the money.

I was impressed with the method they used as it never touched the floor. They used a special strap to lift it without any hand carts being used to scratch the floors
