I really want to commend the delivery teams Best Buy uses! Unfortunately, my item came damaged (The box was not damaged, so the damage was not the fault of the delivery team). They quickly pointed out the damage before I noticed it, then laid out my options for what I could do. They got me the numbers to contact and made sure I was on the right track to get the situation resolved before they left. They even repackaged the appliance without me asking them to do so. When the next team came out to pick the damaged appliance up, it was a different crew and they also could not have been more helpful or friendly. They apologize for the problems even though it had nothing to do with them, and took loaded it up and were gone in just a few minutes. Very professional crews doing these deliveries, and I honestly can not say enough good things about them.

My old fridge leaked on my carpet, otherwise it was a smooth haul away.

It fits nicely in the space, and the French doors make it easy to access the interior. The layout holds more than I expected. The only negative comment is that the shelves and drawers are made of a lighter material than I would like, but they seem to hold up well. I haven't seen a refrigerator that I like better without spending $700 more than the $1399 I purchased it for.
