Great Installation Team! Doc and his assistant got the job done! Right on time with attention to detail. Took a little extra time to explain machine functions, registration and service call info. Even Carried away the old machine!

These guys are awesome. Great communication throughout the entire process. Scheduling, rescheduling. Delivery, return, second delivery. Installation, haul away. I wish I could remember these guys names, them you could ask for them specifically. Great personalities. Great Customer service. Great Attitudes. They need a pay raise, a promotion and / or a bonus. You get your new item. Your old item gets removed / recycled. No headaches. Just relax and enjoy your new appliance.

Delivery was great. They came they delivered and they left. They kindly moved my old dishwasher to the downstairs kitchen.

They moved my item to the correct spot that was needed to put my new item into place. They did haul away the boxes from the new TV so I did not have to be concerned about putting them out for trash.

They removed my old fridge and took it away with no questions asked. Were extremely nice and professional

They moved my fridge from upstairs to my finished basement. I did have to take off the doors to fit (make sure you measure in advance, which I did, but required me to take the doors off before they got here), but still worth the $25 to not wrangle it with some friends/family.

The Whirlpool is gone. Didn't last long at all. No more Whirlpools for me.

Worth it. The fridge we had replaced was heavy so having the workers assist with moving it for us was a worthwhile investment so I didn't need to bother friends. They were very courteous and helpful.

I did this for years and these guys did everything right. They took extra care to not bang up my walls and molding. They explained the functions and features perfectly, and above all they were very courteous.

The deliverymen were very friendly and careful when delivering our old refrigerator and installing the new one. They did not rush but also did not waste any time. Very professional.

The guys were very professional and observed all the current COVID-19 guidelines (masks, gloves, physical distancing, etc.). I would highly recommend having Best Buy haul away your old fridge, when you buy a new one from them. P.S. The new fridge has been working great too. :-)

We've bought several large appliances from Best Buy over the past few years. The delivery & installation team has always hauled off our old appliance and did great, no issues at all. So worth the money to have them do it vs me trying to do it myself
