The crew that dropped off my new TV, showed up on time. They dropped off the new tv, and grabbed the old. For $15 (which you can re-coup by keeping you eyes open for price match on your new tv), you can responsibly dispose of a device like an adult. Seems like a no-brainer.

My gas range was delivered on time and the delivery guys were very professional and curteous. They did a good job connecting the gas line to my new gas range and hauling away the old one.

I highly recommend having best buy install and remove your old appliances. I like the added comfort of knowing its done right and if anything goes wrong they will fix it. Them hauling the stuff away is a plus for me as well. Ive installed things in the past and maybe I’m lazy but having someone else do it is worth the money for me. They are very professional and polite.
