3rd party was a nightmare HANDS OFF TO GEEK SQUAD

First to install and second to haul away and replace my new tv. It was frustrating the second time when one showed up with the tv and they couldn’t do anything because the tv was still mounted. So because of that they were unable to replace it. Hauled the new tv replacement back out and stated they couldn’t do anything and just walked out. That’s when I called the store and had to reschedule for a 3rd Appt and requested Geek Squad for services only. They did an outstanding job. I’m giving it five stars for Geek squad NOT 3rd party

Old Microwave no problem

Front door was just big enough to get things in and out. Actually had to take the doors off the refrigerator to get it in.

They followed all covid protocols and were just overal very courtious.
