We disconnected the old dishwasher which was very easy to do. They came and installed the new one and took away the old one. Couldn't have gone better.

They'll just take your beloved old washing machine - stove - refrigerator away in their truck to never be seen again. The memories of your appliance will quickly become a faded memory preserved in your mobile phone, giving your more time to oggle that shiny new appliance in your kitchen, laundry room and credit card. Feel free to pat yourself on the back for the brilliant decision you made that once again proved how manly, masterfully and efficiently you control your universe in the eyes of your family and friends. The people Best Buy sent were professional and did the removal in a timely manner. I definitely recommend purchasing this service!
