Rower is nice, moves and folds easily however the resistance does not work so will be returning and looking to try a different one

Bought product on January 17th two weeks later the wheel started making a funny sound and strap got stuck in the wheel. Called ProForm customer service and was transferred multi times and put on hold for over 3 hours. Still not fixed. Worst customer service and product.

Just got it so the verdict is still out but so far so good I said yes that I would recommend it but that's only because I had to put an answer it's too soon to really tell

This item requires activation, otherwise you can’t use. When go there link provided by company to activate the product, it is asking me to choose the membership plan. How cheap this company is! If I call the number to activate, I have been asked to use the web link. I am thinking of returning the product. The installation was unprofessional.

Picked up my order curbside which went easy. Home and assembled. Plug adapter in to working outlet, yes I checked it, and no power to the rower panel. Verified the adapter was working properly with 9v out. Made sure the panel was connected properly and snug. Nothing. Would only happen to me, but customer support for Icon Fitness not working on Sundays. I expect better quality than this so this review stands

They have fraudulently advertised a free year of ifit. I have called and asked for our code needed to activate it and am told that expired in March. Very disappointed and will return it.

Delivered on 12/6 just opened on the 7th. Strings popped as there are no listed instructions on how to properly open the rower to put together. Sucks

I enjoy this machine, it is just as described. The row is very smooth and relatively quiet. Connected my iFit membership through my tablet to this machine and the programs match perfect. The assembly was easy and well explained, definitely need 2 people. I am able to store it in the corner of my room when not in use, it folds up well and stays out of the way. I also own a ProForm bike and recommend their equipment. It's good quality and budget friendly!

This machine is a mixed mag. Pros: -affordable price -easy enough construction -very quiet -sturdy build -long enough for tall people Cons: -stupid, stupid, stupid activation process. Their website makes it much more difficult than it needs to be and it's really just an attempt to get you to sign up for iFit -too-basic console and interface (again, an attempt to get you into the iFit app. Why should they invest in the hardware when you can use their app?) -I'm not in great shape but this rower is way too easy. There's not much of a difference between lower levels and the highest level. I spent 10 minutes and barely had worked up a sweat. It's just not strong enough and uses magnetic resistance. I feel like the price-tag is fair but, really... if you're spending that much why not just spend a bit more and get something that will last?

After 3 weeks the computer component started malfunctioning. It'd reset on it's own randomly during manual operation. However, I contacted customer support and they're sending me a replacement component. A few days later the flywheel has started to make a loud rattling noise, like the wheel or nylon rope is perhaps loose. Not sure what's going on here. It is still working, but for how long? I like how the flywheel is covered, it helps keep dust and dog hair out of the mechanism, but it may prevent easy repairs. The seat wobbles more than other machines I've used. It also seems to grind on the rail when using it, as it isn't a smooth ride.

No need to spend thousands on name brand rowers because this one works great! And you don't have to have a subscription. We've had it about a month and are definitely enjoying it

Relatively inexpensive rower. Works smoothly and folds up for storage. Integrates nicely with iFIT.
