Q: Will the tablet holder accommodate an iPad Pro 12.9” gen 3?
A: It does not. I have another stand that I put my 12.9” iPad in and then into the mount on the rower.
A: No, you have to put some components together like the control panel, seat etc. The main wheel area comes assembled.

A: No, it will not connect to it.
Q: How much noise does it make when rowing?
A: The rower itself is not very noisy at all. You can have a conversation with someone and be able to hear them just fine. If you use the iFit app, then you will have noise depending on the level of your speakers.

A: The rower's display will start as soon as you start rowing. Then you can select your workout type and choose if you want the data fields to change every few seconds or be stationary on one data field, l like distance. Ifit is cool because it will track your progression, but I wouldn't call it a game-changer.
