Barely 8days of using the machine I started hearing screeching noise while peddling. I have tried several times to contact pro form without success. There is no one to talk to. I stayed on the phone for hours. I was been directed to automatic question and answer. I am frustrated because this machine has less than 20hours of usage. ProForm stated that the machine has a 10year warranty for parts and service but no one will pick up the phone. Be careful deciding to buy pro form because they will no be there for you when you need them. I feel disappointed seeing my friends who bought Peliton getting serviced.

Worst seat ever, I can not ride bike at all with current seating, extremely uncomfortable . Have to purchase whole separate seating.

Not sturdy AT ALL!! Seemed great for a few weeks. As time went on it became more and more unstable. Squeaked and shook with every ride. Ultimately returned it. Would have been fine for simple easy riding, but trying to incorporate any sort of standing or regular switching of resistance as most workouts require made the bike feel and sound like it would break underneath you.

Very noise. Squeaky for the first month until broke in.

The CHO error was so disappointing. I feel like the guys that put it together didn’t make sure it was good to go before they left. They didn’t install batteries to make sure everything worked properly.

the delivery time has been sent to me at least 10 times. but it was 30 minutes late. It was said to be left anywhere you want in the house, but they left it at the door and left.

The crank arm broke after 11 months of inconsistent usage. I emailed customer service but so far nothing helpful has happened.

I’ve done quite a bit of research on multiple kinds, brands and styles of bikes before purchasing one. I’ll start by saying I’m not a small woman so I needed something sturdy and able to withstand lots of use. Going to the gym is definitely something I try to avoid as I’m self conscious so this was an important purchase! First off I’ll comment on the ease of assembly, it went together quickly and easily with minimal hassle. This is a major plus in my opinion. Secondly, the overall construction is well made and sturdy. This is something that’s obviously important both to safety as well as use by a larger person. Third, I found this unit to be quiet and doesn’t disturb other members of the household when I’m using it, even at night when the house is quiet. Lastly, I will make comment that you’ll likely want to invest in a different seat as the included one is somewhat uncomfortable. Not a huge detractor in my opinion BUT something to keep in mind. The included dumbbells are a nice feature for the price point. Overall I’m very pleased with this purchase. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

Did not even turn on! Set up was vey difficult! Would not recommend!

I was intimidated that it would be hard to put together but it was shockingly easy. It's really easy to move from room to room as well, which is nice in a smaller house. I was given the bike at a reduced amount for my honest feedback and I have nothing to complain about. The only downside is the seat is really hard but that could also be because I'm new to spinning. The software is really easy to navigate and made it easy for me to pop into a class to get started. I've managed to get my teenager on the bike as well. I would recommend this to anyone and I've never owned the expensive bikes but I can't image them being any more quality than this one.

The ride on this bike is so smooth. I love that it is quiet enough for me to get my workout in - in the bedroom - and my husband sleeps through the whole thing. My ankles and knees, which usually hurt during my treadmill run, don't ache at all on the bike! It has a nice digital display that is used to control the resistance, and a stand that filts my ipad perfectly. I suggest getting a more padded seat though - my bum was not as happy as my knees. I did receive this bike in exchange for my honest feedback, and I highly recommend its addition to any home gym.

My weight loss goals are no longer an issue, because they are now fitness goals. Ever since I started using my new Proform Carbon CX I have more energy and more stamina. I truly was surprised at how just riding a few times a week would make a difference in my overall health. This bike was easy to set up, and we really haven't had any issues with either the assembly or the use. Even my teenagers are using it regularly. I received this product at no charge for sharing my honest opinion. And we did change the seat for comfort purposes.

I have found my pro form bike very easy to assemble. There is an app that was step by step instructional video. I was done putting it together within an hour and was ready to use. It’s very easy to move around with the front built in wheels. I love to cycle! It’s smooth and easy to use. The different settings gives me an intense workout and it feels amazing. This bike was given to me at a discount for an unbiased opinion

This bike is so much fun to use! It's easy to put together, quiet, sturdy, and safe. If you have a big tush like I do, I would definitely recommend getting a cushion cover, at the least, but that is an easy fix! Would definitely recommend!

I really like my Carbon CX and I'm enjoying my workouts on it! I did change out the saddle and pedals to the same style I have on my mountain bike, just for personal comfort/feel. But the bike is super quite with enough resistance to get a good workout in! It was easy to put together and Best Buy's price was great!

The item is easy to use and gives me the conditioning needed.
