    The electronic screen and monitor were broken right out of the box. The machine cannot operate without it. Aster 5 days, I still cannot get a hold of Proforms customer support. Very poor service, i world recommend a different brand.

    Nice and sturdy elliptical. Easy to operate, I didn't need a lot of functions that were not going to be used. Fits great in my office. Would recommend purchasing.

    Best Buy is great but this machine works horrible. You can not just unlock and start using it. You really need to pay the monthly subscription or it will not work correctly.

    The assembly team was tired and assembled horribly ! The machine as it is looked very weak and not sturdy !

    Don't bother. The settings are off and you can't use it properly unless you get the monthly membership.

  • Bad console “chip” issue

    So not purchase this machine. Product stuck in Demo Mode and Proform CS won’t respond to me. I think it is a “chip” issue and the Mfg. doesn’t want to state that they don’t have all the parts for their machines. I can’t say it’s a good or bad machine as I can’t use it.
