    Replaced another Pro-Form. Has too much resistance even on level 1, was able to adjust with helpful support staff, but remains still too much for my liking. Not hard to install, fairly quiet - some clicks but much quieter than my old Pro-Form.

    Nice Machine, fairly easy set up, though you have to allow a couple hours for this. Provides a decent work out. You have to buy a tablet holder separately and the price is a bit high, should have been provided with this unit.

    This is a very large piece of equipment. It is well made. It's a little hard to start using it, because of the resistance. But after you build up your strength, it's perfect.

    After three years a failure in the standoff's casting cause a crack to form along the cut out for routing wires in the neck of the unit. Also a weld facing the user broke, maybe why the fracture in the cast. Costs $150 for a replacement part but I'm worried I'm just gonna break it again.

    I guess my review that detailed all the things wrong with my Carbon EL isn't going to be published. So maybe mine was an anomaly, but it was a total piece of junk with mechanical and electrical issues. The best news though is that because of my totaltech membership, Best Buy did right by me.

    This is a great elliptical. Very smooth movement with good fitness plans. Small footprint (doesn't take up too much room). And the guys who delivered and assembled it from the Geek Squad were great.

    Worst option ever and I would not recommend. They only give 15 days to return which is weird because the manufacturer gives an entire month. So this machine broke within one month from a use of possibly 2 mins. One time it was used and it broke. They must know the machine is awful because they did everything in there power to make sure you couldn’t take it back. SAVE YOUR MONEY

    This is a major piece of garbage had it a few months and it just stop moving and I can’t return because it’s over the time frame so no I’m stuck with garbage
