Broken in a couple week, bad home installation

I paid extra to have it installed as suggested but it was pretty clear the techs did not really know what they were doing and as soon as they left I realized a piece was not on correctly and had to fix it. Now a couple weeks later a whole side just fell apart with me on it- dangerous. I did a lot of research and decided to pay a little more for this as well as the installation and it did not pay off. Now it's useless so I hope they come fix it or pick it up and refund me.

Never worked. Tech won't schedule repair.

Awful Product.

I reached out to the manufacturer and while they never got back to me they did send me two notices to pay for their additional warranty. So they sell a broken product then expect you pay for a warranty to fix it. Ridiculous.

Wish I had bought a better one

I just threw away a 10 year old Nordic TRACK and bought this instead and I can’t get over how much worse this is. It doesn’t do anything beyond super basic. You can’t even adjust your gradient. No heart monitoring. No screen. Really cheap looking and not much functionality. What a shame.

Kind of sqeaky and wobbly

After using it a couple of times it started squeaking. Also the rollers are already taking the paint of off the part they glide on which doesn't look very nice. As some mentioned in another comment the rollers don’t glide as easily as other ellipticals I have been on.

Proper care to keep the equipment dust-free and sweat-free will help your machine last longer and keep performing at quality levels.
