Save your $$

I haven't had my product for 6 months as it squeaks uncontrollably and does not feel secure. I've lubricated it over and over and still no resolution. I would suggest saving your money or investing in another product. I regret not purchasing a spin bike.

Think twice before you buy

I received the machine from BestBuy last week. spent over 3 hours installing it, had three 45 min sessions before it started to squeak. Now it won't stop squeaking from one of roller arms, what a disappointment! Think twice before you buy!

Flywheel on brand new Proform elliptical
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upon assembling my Proform model PFEL55921.1 elliptical, I tested out the product. Within one minute there was a horrible grinding noise coming from the flywheel area. Also, even on the lowest resistance, I could barely move the pedals. So I disassembled the unit and returned it to Best Buy for a refund. I’ll never buy another Proform product.

A sruggle even at resistance level 1

I go to the gym often and have done elliptical cardio for years at levels that is workable, but the elliptical sent to me is disappointing and im barely using it. Wish there was a way to bring the resistance tension down.

ProForm service is unreachable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only about a couple month of purchase, the power supply adapter stopped working. I tried buying a replacement from Amazon but unfortunately it didn't work. I then contacted ProForm service portal and submitted ticket several times but never heard back. I also tried calling them several times but was put on hold for more than 30min every time without any luck getting connected to a rep.
