For the price it’s ok. Two weeks after assembly it started making noise - i think it wasn’t assembled properly by Best Buy. It also doesn’t measure distance or calories correctly. No matter what speed you go - it measures the same. If you have smart watch - u can use that instead

Sturdy, doesn't take up much room, great addition to home gym.

It isn't as sturdy as I had hoped. I wanted something like what you see at the gym but it will do for my home gym.

Bought this for my wife. Easy install. Only issue is its a bit wobbly. Overall a good maching for.the price

When we bought this machine, we did not realize how heavy it was. We were glad to buy it with the installation package included. So now we are enjoying it without having to lift the heavyweight. This elliptical is a truly a wonderful machine. As a beginner, you may just use it for 5 minutes a day and that's enough.

It's a great machine but at first the screen was hard to display because it wants you to join some membership.

A bit different motion than my previous elliptical, but definitely a workout. Not thrilled that they refuse to tell you how to get it working without "activating" the trial of their program. Occasionally it makes a grinding noise for a short time but then stops.

Works well. Easy to put together, does the job to get a good work out.

Great value elliptical. This is a solid, sturdy, and excellent value elliptical. I would would recommend this elliptical. With the gym closed, I had to find a good value elliptical and I have been happy with this purchase. It took about 2-3 hours to put together with 2 people. Adjustable resistant settings and a nice ledge to place your phone.

the machine is excellent, but the best buy support sucks. They were unable to help me on IFIt membership, nor they were able to tell me to call IFIT for 1 year membership. For Redeeming IFIT 1 year membership, Call IFIT directly and send them proof of purchase.

Simple to put together just a little rocky when you use it

We purchased this for our home gym and so far it doesn't disappoint. The only problem we had was turning it on. You have to register the product first in order to use it, which is weird to me. Other than that, once you completed the registration, its a very nice and smooth eliptical. Very easy to move around if necessary.

Very squeaky even though we put all the lubricant in the places the instruction directed us to. Other than that, I love it. Not sure how to fix the squeaks though.

Once I got it unpacked and carried the pieces to the basement, the assembly was pretty straight forward. Have used it less than desired, but it seems well built and sturdy. Resistance levels will give me plenty of future use. Feel I got value for my money.

So far so good... The machine was package very nicely... Looked intimating to assemble but used the suggested 'Bilt' app for step by step instructions and it worked out perfectly. Took me about 3 hours to put together (I have no technical know-how at all). Overall the machine works great... The stride is a bit long for me as I am only 5'4 but found that by adjusting the pedals to the highest position it shortens the stride and makes it a more natural stride for my height... My roommate is 250 pounds and the machine didn't rock when either of us used it... The tension / resistance on level 1 is about what you'd get on a machine at the gym which was a welcomed relief after reading other reviews. Would recommend...

First, it was easy to put together. Second, the machine itself is very smooth and was a good investment for the price. Definitely would recommend it!!
