Only complaint is that the pedals don’t glide as easily as other ellipticals I have been on at the gym. Which is good for a good workout but when you’re starting out you want to ease into it.

Poor quality

All of a sudden after 3 months of moderate useage (3-4 x’s a week 30-60 min) it sounded like a squealing cat. I didn’t buy the Best Buy plan regrettably, but they told me Pro Form has a 10 year parts warranty. I spent hours on the phone with pro form who told me the warranty was only for the base and since it was just over a year old there’s nothing they can do. Not buying the service plan is on me, but the tech I hired to come service it confirmed pro form quality is poor. The machine should have help up longer than 3 months - will never buy this brand again.
