Incline resistance issue

I was surprised that within a week of having the elliptical, the incline resistance malfunction. When I changed it to a different incline resistance % it made a loud noise. Also, a 3% incline resistance would feel like 10%. It seemed to change incline resistance % randomly. I had to turn it off and restart it and use whatever incline it was in, because when I select a different incline resistance % the noise would start again. I decided to return it that same week and they sent someone to retrieve the elliptical.

Glad I didn’t cancel my gym membership. Not at all like gym equipment. Way to difficult to move on the “ easiest “ setting. Don’t waste your money.

Can't turn it on

I hear the speakers "pop" when I plug the machine in (and also when I unplug it) so it seems power is reaching the console, but none of the buttons do anything, including holding the blue ifit button down. $600 is a lot to spend on a piece of equipment for it to not work at all out of the box.

Not sure what causing it, but sounds like the built not firm enough to accommodate the weight or something.

Have not been able to use it now for over a month. ProForm uppers were supposed to send me a heart rate monitor that the description at that time said was supposed to come with. Purchased for physical work outs to stay in shape and also had a major heart attack a year ago. When putting together one of the arms was scratched deeply. Had to wait for the new part another two weeks right off. Can't give anything you haven't or can't use until have needed items higher ratings.
