Took it apart twice and greased it more hoping it would help but it didn’t. Returned it and bought a Nordictrack.

This quality elliptical is shipped in a box measuring about 31” x 15” x 66.5” and weighing 202 lbs. After assembly, the unit measures a footprint of 68”H x 25” W x 69” D.

The ifit program does works well, However the elevation is NOT automatic, needs to elevate it manually - but the resistance is.

Annoying loud squeaking noise

It is very annoying, so I hardly use it. I have been trying to get iFit to fix the problem for months now. They sent me emails about how to troubleshoot, but the problem has still not been resolved. Posted .We are sorry there is confusion regarding the use of your machine. You can use the elliptical without iFIT by using manual mode or the onboard workouts. Your user’s manual has instructions on the exact steps to follow. If you cannot locate your manual, you can look up the details here https://www.iconservice.com/ by typing in your model number.
There is a 30-Day free trial for iFIT included with the machine. iFIT will auto-renew unless you choose to cancel. iFIT can be downloaded onto your phone or tablet, and you can access iFIT workouts on the iFIT TV app, available on Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Google TV, and Android TV.

Although you can unlock the elliptical without having to use the Ifit app. When using it the display screen goes all around the place and the level go up out of nowhere. Wont track your calories or mins unless you use the app. You will expend to be able to use the machine without having to pay for the app. Might as well just keep your gym membership unless! Dont know how to return it since I had it delivery and assembly at my house and they took the box and everything that was included to return

iFIT is not required to use our equipment. You may use your elliptical in manual mode. Your screen will still rotate through several stats for you to track. With that said, we hope you give iFIT a shot. We have several plans available, including a monthly program to help fit everyone’s budget.
