Third party installer unable to install a projecto

Twice a third party vendor was scheduled to my home. The third party vendor indicated that they had never installed a projector TV and that there's 6 ft ladder would not reach my 12-ft ceiling. I've asked to have my projector installed by a trained Geek Squad member who is prepared to install a projection TV.

4 visits so far - missed work
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a "Best Buy" issue, NOT a Geek Squad issue. The people assigned to set up were nice and professional. The screen could not be set up properly (pinched in the corners) and had to be returned. A month has passed, and there have been a few other visits with end results being missing items. I have missed about 16 - 20 hours of work so far with these 4 visits. The order is still incomplete, a replacement screen is still not set up, and I will still need to miss work again.

Great projector, I will never use Geek squad again

The projector was loose, it wasn't aligned properly, (slanted) and there were holes drilled into our ceiling from drilling in the wrong spot!! Then they wanted to come out again to fix it!!
