It wasn’t an okay product but didn’t work for my space it created so much moisture that feel to the floor. Running the machine for 30 min created a large puddle on my floor

Works great. Wish the tank was larger but it works well.

This is the best Humidifier...I would Buy it again...

The unit performs well but the water capacity is too small. Additionally, BB does not carry the hard water filters, and the dust is terrible.

The idea for using a tube is good. I agree with some reviewers it works noisily and the water tank is small.

A little disappointed I was hoping the warm mist was going to be a little warmer.

Tiny. Does it's job, but for this money? Pass. I'll be returning

I bought 2 of these humidifiers (one as a gift) after a lot of research. I was frustrated because my previous humidifiers leaked and were bulky. This is a nice compact design that is easy to move from room to room even when full. Filling it is easy even in a regular bathroom sink. The fact that no filters were needed was an added plus. Time will tell how long it will last but so far I am impressed.

Poorly made cap broke within a week of use not what I expected

The tank cracked within a month of using. Just before the tank cracked the mister stopped working.

Great design and elegant to look at specially at night. The extension is a plus but optional. The 90 hour is a misnomer because most of the time you want to achieve the full mist immediately so about 12 hrs or so but not 90 hrs. The refilling is underneath and it's quite a hassle when they can easily design it on top. Black is okay but I would advice you to get the white instead because black color gets frosty on all sides and really bad to look at during the day. My wife is now sleeping pretty well after a month long of severe cough.

The info says it will put out 50% hum. up to 300 sq ft. Its showing I'm getting 37% in my 220 sq ft rm. which is still to dry. I probably would give this 5 stars if it did what it says. So I guess I will return it and look for another one. I would recommend this to a friend if they have a very small rm. With that said, for review purposes I'm not going to recommend it. Its to bad they don't offer the next size up. Then maybe I would get the 50%.

I believe this was a wise purchase. I use it in my kid's room, but I wish it had a hard water filter that was also sold by BB.

I first bought mine 9/10 years ago. It still works using it currently and i wanna buy another one. The fact that ive gotten 10 years out of it is amazing. You rarely hear of products lasting 3-5 yrs now. Im happy the price has come down. It was $199 or $299 when i first bought it. Just wish the black color was still offered.

this humidifier worked great for the first month, then after that the machine started to make noises and worked less efficiently. Now it barley works at all and I clean this thing all the time. Never had I had this much trouble with a humidifer.
