    Absolute pain in the neck to fill. You need to hold it upside down under the bath faucet by a short little grab handle, then screw the cap back on while holding the unit full of water with the other hand. Then, turn it right side up to place it back in the pump unit. What a hassle!

    What a disappointment! This my second machine which I will be returning. Although it looks nice, it does not perform as advertised. After returning the first one, I got a second one & quickly realized that it had the same problem as the first one - there is NO warm mist coming from the machine when the "Warm mist" button is depressed. I reached out to Customer Support & was directed to perform the trouble shooting process. If this is a new machine, why would I need to follow the trouble shooting process of brushing, soaking, etc.? I again reDefective product/Inadequate Cached out to Customer Support w/my question but am only getting "canned" responses. I most definitely would not recommend this product, given the inability of Customer Support to answer a straighforward question.

    Purchased based on great reviews Air was too cool Hard to refill Mist was not ejected in a forceful manner seemed to just drop and disappear Did not work for me
