The only dislike is that it isnt a top fill..can be a pain to carry the whole tank to fill up

2gal tank is good to save time. Dual steam is efficient.

I recommend this to all. Works great will buy again

One star for this product & Best Buy (would be zero stars if allowed). Bought this humidifier less than 30 days ago. Tried to turn it on a couple of days ago and it will not turn on. Went through the trouble shooting....no luck. Called PureGuardian Customer Service and went through questions and non helpful troubleshooting. The Customer Service rep sent me an email with more questions and procedure to secure a return label. Too much trouble.....worthless humidifier now in trash. As well, when it was working the humidity level in the 350 sqft room it was located never got above 35%, mostly 25-30. Bad Product!

Good mist machine but warm mist is not coming after few months it is only cold and there is alot of cold water which drops on the floor. Need to fix this.

Great size and output. The mist isnt warm though, which was the main reason we purchased it.

On high it goes through an entire tank in less than 24 hours so it is definitely putting a lot of moisture in the air. House does not feel so dry.

Good and sturdy Humidifier, love the option of controlling the flow of mist as per my requirement and also select cold or hot option also gives me option of auto shutdown, Large Water storage makes sue i am not worrying about refills in middle of the night

My only complaint with this product is that it's hard to fill and clean.

If you're looking for a warm mist humidifier, this isn't it. This is a cool mist humidifier that very slightly heats the mist to about room temp on the way out, it still feels cool when it lands on you. 3 stars for the fact that it holds 2 gallons of water and the 3 mist levels are quite useful. Yhe light feature is a single light, but its very pretty and not too bright.

The humidifier leaked in the first 2 weeks. Ruined wood table. It was several days before I could take it back to Best Buy. I was informed by Best Buy that they have a 14 DAY RETURN POLICY and I COULD NOT RETURN the product. 14 DAY RETURN POLICY!!! I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!

Model: H4810AR If you want to spend your hard earned money on a product that worked for two months then go ahead get this humidifier. Problem: NO mist at Low or Medium settings. Barely any mist with High setting. Multiple emails to PureGuardian's Support end with the same reply with instructions to clean the product. The latest email instructed me to spend more money to ship them back the product for repair. Still debating if I should just throw the product out. Bottom line: This product doesn't last.

Works very well and is very quiet. My wife noticed a difference in the humidity within 20 minutes

It is nothing but a bacteria farm. I've used filtered water, bought the custom filter for this thing, cleaned it repeatedly, kept clean water running through it, and nothing works. It just won't quit stinking like dead fish. It smells awful. I'm returning it.

The humidifier works decent though its tough to refill. Imagine carrying the container upside down with 2 gallon water filled in and then trying to place it back! Nah not worth the exercise will go to gym instead. Not worth the money. Costco offers better top fill homedi duel mist humidifier at price cheaper and functionality better than this.

I bought this at the beginning of the year to be able to use it in my sons room, after a couple of weeks of using it and cleaning it weekly it started to build up mold. Not a good product to have around especially if you have babies that need a humidifier.

The essential oils deposit did not work as expected.

Bought Dec 7 and it stopped working on Jan 20. Cannot return as it's past the 30 days. Used only Distilled water and cleaned regularly. As such, I suggest you look for other options.
