Puyo Puyo Tetris has all the depth of Puyo Pop and Tetris, as you would expect, but the fun chaos that comes from the mashup game modes makes Puyo Puyo Tetris fun for less hardcore players as well. The story of the single-player campaign is pretty basic, as you might expect, but is a good way to try out the game modes with slowly-increasing difficulty, and the built-in lessons are helpful if you want to learn more advanced techniques. If you are really uncertain about getting the game, there is a demo on the Switch eShop—it leaves out some of the crazier modes, like Fusion, but it should still give you a taste of how modes like Versus and Swap play on the Switch.

This game is fun if you have someone to play with. Otherwise, this is just a rehash of existing games and nor really worth the price. If you want to just play Puyo Puyo or just play tetris, you are better off just downloading an emulation of the original. The single game versions in this will stop you at a preset level.

The game really is great! It feels like a complete package, and the gameplay itself feels so fluid and is just plain fun! Try this out if you haven't tried a Tetris or PuyoPuyo game in a long time.

This game is very fun, addictive, and great for people who love puzzle games. The game provides a great multiplayer experience and is fun for the entire family.

It's Tetirs. It's Puyo Puyo. Two great puzzle games thrown into one. I'm not a huge fan of some of the modes that make you do both, but the base Tetris and Puyo Puyo gameplay is great. Also, the art style is excellent and vibrant. A must if you're a puzzle fan with a Switch.
