I love Tetris which is why I picked up this game, but I found myself playing the puyo puyo side of the game much more that I thought I would. Puyo puyo is a very interesting puzzle game and it's mechanics are very simple but allow for a lot of variety much similar to the Tetris games. I would definitely recommend getting this if you love Tetris

A ton of modes and ways to play, including a ridiculously silly story and even just classic Puyo and Tetris, that you keep entertained for a while. With the included keychains in the physical edition, a lot of value to be had with this purchase if you are a fan of either series of puzzle games. Great fun when played with others as well obviously! :3

It's a fun game if you're into Puyo Puyo and Tetris. If you're not familiar with Puyo Puyo, I'd advise you to watch some videos first. If you're looking for just regular Tetris, it's probably best not to get this game.

I have and will continue to sink so many hours into this game. It is perfect for a quick play while waiting on something on the go. The voices might not be everyone's cup of tea but the gameplay more than makes up for it. Tetris is a classic and puyo pop while less prominent in america is a wonderful contrasting style of play, Hours and hours of fun.

This game is great if you have family friends or are just playing by yourself who doesn’t love Tetris when it counts. This is my second time buying this game first one was on the PS4 and I wanted to play it on the airplane so I bought it for my Nintendo switch. My wife and I play this all the time and of course I beat her every time haha well that’s not what she would say. But a great game. Very fun

This game has a nice mixture of traditional Tetris style gameplay and Puyo Puyo gameplay, with the additional fusion of the two classic puzzlers. While the adventure mode is corny, it is still entertaining. The main draw to this game is it's multiplayer and online multiplayer components, which allow for some challenging battles. Given it's price tag, it is well worth a buy if you are a fan of puzzle style games.

You've played Tetris on tens of systems and phones. You have not played Puyo Puyo though unless you are one of the rare few as most Puyo games have not traveled to North America. In essence, if you like puzzle games that have an endless amount of replay, get this game as it offers something familiar and something new.

I played Tetris on the black and white gameboy and the other versions I wasn't a fan of. Got this on sale and I'm so glad I did. It has a cheesy story but the puyos and game modes are so addictive it has gotten me back into Tetris and puyo. Also it's challenging and I got my whole family together playing this for the first time in years :)

Puyo Puyo Tetris is a very solid game and a must have for puzzle game fans on the Nintendo Switch. The art style is very pleasant and the game has great music. I was incredibly impressed with the story mode and that they actually create a fun and cohesive story line throughout puzzle game stages. Finally, multiplayer with this game is a blast. Definitely one to consider picking up for your Switch!

I haven't played this enough to give it a fair review. I mean Tetris rocks on any system. The puyo puyo is confusing.

I was a little skeptical of buying this game, but the demo helped to sell me on it. I almost went with the digital version for $29.99, but since I could get the physical version for $31.99 with Gamer's Club Unlocked it was a no brainer. The game is challenging online vs skilled Puyo Puyo players, but is still enjoyable. If you like Tetris, this is the best version I've played in a long time.

Great game and price, nice for on the go while on trips

Great varity of difficulty and characters to choose from. Puyo Puyo Tetris is especially fun if you come from a family of tetris obsessed people like I did. It can get super competitive, like every match. Not recommended for young children simply because older people will CRUSH them at this, leading to frustration [and probable meltdowns]. I would suggest 9 or up for this game.

It's Tetris and Puyo Puyo. There's several modes of play, you can easily sink several hours into it due to the simple nature. Personally I just bought it because there's a strange lack of good Tetris releases as of late and the stuff that came along wasn't intrusive. Great game, worth the money. Would highly recommend purchasing.

Really fun game. PuyoPuyo definitely has a learning curve, but it's a great game to play with other people. Really like that there are different modes you can play as well. The tetris portion is also fun and brings back memory of the classic game.

As someone who has loved playing Tetris all her life, this games changes things up. With the adventure mode, you have the ability to test your skills in Tetris and PuyoPuyo. This game allows you to play solo, multiplay, and against others online.

This is a great game. We didn't even know about this game but were speaking to another customer at Best Buy and he recommended it. It is super addicting and we love it! It's Tetris and Puyo Puyo (which is a similar puzzle game) with a new spin. Definitely recommend. It's great for 2 players simultaneously or just for one.

I only recently was instructed to Puyo Champions and is so much fun is like Tetris but with different characters. Puyo Tetris is even more fun and has side character stories which makes it even more interesting and lots of games for up to 4 players

I was surprised that Best Buy had extra copies of this. Guess they found this while cleaning out their backroom lol. It's a great game, especially for multiplayer, and it's even better at this lower price, especially if you're a fan of either Puyo Puyo. And Tetris.
