    I have hundreds of cassettes and my old player finally died. Never thought I'd be able to replace it, but, was pleasantly surprised when I found this player. So far, I'm very pleased with the quality of it. I can now look forward to many years of music enjoyment!

    I've been converting dozens of tapes, some as old as 37 years. This machine has handled them all. It was easy to set up. I use it with Audacity, which is free, and have not been disappointed yet.

    Haven't had a chance to see if it transfers info well but it works as a tape deck. You do have to download software to your computer and it is not explained well in the instructions

    i have a ton of old cassette tapes that I can know play. this player was exactly what I was looking for to play my cassettes and convert them to cd's from my computer .I love it

    I needed a replacement audio cassette tape player to be used to transfer old tapes of family and friends. I haven't used the USB or mp3 features but the playback and winding functions seem to work as well as could be expected.

    I am very pleased with the new cassette,player/recorder. I wish that it also had reverse playback but I can deal with not having it. Overall I am pleased as to how my old tapes sound.

    Have had a bunch of tapes that we could not listen to because my old tape player bit the dust. Decided to get rid of the tapes or get a player. Getting the player was the best thing we have done lately. Am really enjoying hearing tha old music. The player/recorder is everything I could have asked for at a great price.

    From 1976 to 1980, I recorded vinyl records on cassette tapes. I am using cassette deck to convert music on those tapes to MP3 files. The music sounds surprisingly good, considering how old the Maxell tapes are.
