Customers are saying
Customers are positive about the Dual Stereo Cassette Deck's USB connectivity and ease of use, with many praising its straightforward setup and connection process. However, customers are negative about the sound quality, citing issues with distortion and unwanted noises during playback, and some also reported problems with the cassette door mechanism. The device's affordability may contribute to some of the reported quality concerns. Overall, the user experience appears mixed, with strong positive feedback on convenience offset by concerns about audio fidelity and durability.

Boo!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a very cheaply made tape deck. As soon as I opened it, I put it back in the box and returned it.

Decent unit
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works well enough but it feels cheap. The plastic doors for the cassettes feel very flimsy. I wish Best Buy would stock a higher end cassette player for those looking for sound quality. Many independent record labels are releasing new artists on tapes and I would love to listen to them on something higher quality. The Pyle unit is good for what it is intended to do and the price.

You Get What You Pay For
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an inexpensive cassette deck, therefore I knew not to expect great quality. However, I did expect the manual to have instructions on how to record from the deck to a computer. IT DOES NOT!!!!! They don't even have the instructions on the Pyle web-site!!! This is terrible. If I knew this, I would have bought a used deck on Craigslist. Either way, it is one of the only inexpensive decks being sold out there.

Will need speakers and amp!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this to transfer cassettes to MP3. After I got it I realized I needed speakers and an amp. Best Buy does NOT have speakers compatible to this unit. Contacted Best Buy online and they recommended a set of speakers but after looking closely they would not connect to unit. I took unit back to Best Buy in Gastonia and they gave me the "run-around" because I had the unit more than 14 days. They finally credited my card The unit was worthless to me without speakers which Best Buy does NOT sell.
