I've enjoyed this studios earlier games (Alan Wake, Max Payne) and wanted to give this a try based on that. It was on sale, so I figured why not. What I got was a pretty basic shooter with a fun time altering mechanic. It's very fun at the beginning, but starts to feel "samey" the later you get in the game. Still fun, but the wow factor from the beginning fades away. Where it is innovative is the story telling aspect. If you don't already know, instead of standard cut scenes, you basically get live action episodes of what is essentially a TV show at all the major story junctures. I've only played through once, but I'll probably play it a second time just to see how these episodes change based on my decisions in game. This may not be for everyone though - it depends on how you would feel about sitting through 30 minute cut scenes. You can skip them, but that would defeat the point of the game. It's also pretty short, but that would lend itself to multiple playthroughs to see the whole story. I'd say give it a shot. the price is pretty good at this point.

There are sections of the game that are overly difficult even in the easiest mode

Not a bad game at all. I'm still playing it, but I would recommend it to my friends.

Great cinematics, graphics are out of this world an the storyline is truly great

game is good if you can get the hang of all the time manipulaton lots of repitition

I really expected more from this considering all the hype that was given. The controls are typical, but the game just felt so linear (not really a bad thing). The game was enough to keep me interested so it's sitting on the shelf until I'm ready to pick it up again. I would only recommend this game when it's on sale

Decent narrative, not as good as Alan Wake, but definitely worth a playthrough

This is a very fun time manipulating game and should be played by anyone who enjoyed Max Payne 3 and also Alan Wake. This game will NOT disappoint.

With branching paths, fun moment to moment gun play, and a well acted story/tv show, QB is a worth purchase and finally a decent exclusive for XB1

I bought this on sale. It is currently on Game Pass however I wanted to own the physical edition. You also get an awesome bonus that I didn't know about where you get Remedy's other game they made called "Alan Wake" completely free with a download code in the game with two DLC packs. This is great because you can't get this game anywhere due to licensing and it is not for sale in the Microsoft online shop. So it is a great game to play and another great addition to your library.

A great narrative driven game heavy on story - with some pretty good performances
