Very poor support from Meta. As the Quest 3 gets more and more updates, the quest pro controller functionally is getting worse. It has the worst tracking I never ever seen in a a VR product with the latest updates. Not recommended.

Left controller stopped tracking after a week. It would lock up after an hour of beat saber.

Item came defective. I experienced the right controller losing tracking after 30 seconds. The only way to get the tracking back was to put the headset into sleep mode, then wake it up. Only for it last another 30 seconds or so and require the same process to get it to work. Best Buy took them back no questions asked. Since I am primarily a PcVR player I went with the Valve knuckle controllers.

Best Buy will no accept a return 15 days after buying high dollar merchandise even if it’s defective no exchange nothing meta quest items have no number to reach them have spent over a month trying to get defective item fixed over heating fire hazard buy somewhere with a return policy

Never buying from Best Buy again but these virtual reality Pro controllers are a game changer for meta 2 and the don to come out meta 3

What can i say these things are great. They look and feel preminum compared to every other VR controller on the market, theyre weighted perfectly, have a nice soft grip and just feel solid. Im using them on the Quest 2 and wow do they improve tracking, im a expert plus player on beatsaber and these things handle the fast movments with ease, the fact that theres no dead zones since they track themselves is amazing, my brain was so conditioned to having to keep my movments inside the visual box from inside out tracking controllers from my Rift s and Q1 and Q2 so it was beyond freeing when I realized nothing was off limits with these, behind my back, over my head etc,, they keep tracking which means you can really get fancy with your gunplay in shooters and pull off some pretty cool stuff. The best part is if I upgrade to the Quest 3 I can take these along for the ride so its definitely a worthwhile investment in the long run. I felt like i missed out not being able to get the Quest pro due to the price but after pairing these with my Quest 2 I feel ive gotten the best part of the upgrade anyway.

I’ve use this for over a year and it came in with a scratch but it NEVER lost tracking and overall helps. Just make them lighter.

Heavier than meta quest 2 controllers. Hard to pair with device. Easily broken. Decent tracking

I've owned these for around 2 month now and have only had a great experience with them. Anytime I have any progress with them I have my problems fixed by support or there's and update within 2-3 days. I also love being able to put my hand where I want. I don't ever have slip ups even when playing fast games such as beat saber. Worth the upgrade if u have the cash!

There build quality is great they are the most comfortable controller out there work amazing only problem is connecting it to the headset takes a long time. Just so you know these controllers aren’t for the average player

Purchasing these controllers was effortless. I ordered them on-line and picked them up from the store. The customer service line was short, but they still brought in an extra cashier/rep to expedite the already short line. I will buy again using this method.

I love these. They’re a bit heavy so they’re a bit weird at first to feel (they feel like a more premium plastic too.) I have been using these everyday since I got them and they are great, especially in games where you have a backpack or bow or etcetera.

works really well so far, like them over the normal quest 2 controllers cause the no sensor ring over the top. Just make sure your place space has decent lighting and your not playing in dark shadows cause of them using cameras instead of the headset for hand tracking.
