    I can’t speak for everyone but these controllers suck! I don’t know if I got a bad set but the left controller keeps disconnecting non stop I reset both controllers but they still keep disconnecting.

    I bought these for use with my Quest 2. Needless to say, I am quite disappointed. I'll echo what other reviewers have said: when they work, they work great, except in the week I have had them they have not once "worked" for even a full half-hour session. They routinely lose tracking and send my in-game hands to bizarre and occasionally disturbing places. Given that, I'm not sure that I can really say that they "work." I have tried to resolve the issues by modifying my space, moving lighting around, reducing the light, and adding additional lighting, including adding IR lights. No joy. Obviously, I can't say whether this is a software issue or a design flaw. There are a few more things that I'm going to try which are more intrusive than I'd like, but, yeah, why not rearrange my place in order to appease the Facebook gods? In summary, I would not recommend that you buy these controllers. At this price point, they should work more or less flawlessly without having to reconfigure your space. Your mileage may vary, of course, but at the same price as the Quest 2 itself, why take the chance?

    I have been into this store twice to get help with fixing these controllers. The tracking hasn't worked in months and now they don't even turn on. They won't and refuse to help because I didn't purchase an extended warranty And when I call Meta they tell me it's the stores issue and they need to replace them or fix them. They said at the very least the store manager will come up with a resolution and both times they turn me away. I'm not rich. It was a birthday present for my son and he maybe used them for 2 months before they both stopped functioning properly.

    The box for this item specifically states it can be used with the Quest 2. The Meta forums are flooded with posts from people who recently bought these controllers, synced it with their Quest 2, and are now the controllers are stuck at "0%" updating the firmware. Some report after several days of trying, they finally update. Many others say no matter what they do, they cannot get them updated. There is NO recommended fix from Meta right now beyond just wait and cross your fingers that an update happens. I tried for 3 days straight with no luck. I will keep trying, but if it doesn't update in the next few days I will be returning these. For a premium price you'd expect a premium experience. These are NOT ready for Quest 2 owners to purchase.

    Bought the upgrade because the left controer went out on the original contoller. Left controller on the upgrade started acting up on day two.

    Very poor support from Meta. As the Quest 3 gets more and more updates, the quest pro controller functionally is getting worse. It has the worst tracking I never ever seen in a a VR product with the latest updates. Not recommended.

    It worked great, unpaired the controller and the left controller will not pair again

      Hey there JohnH! We can see that you're having some trouble with your Quest Pro Left Controller: in this case, we'd suggest factory resetting the controller by holding the A and Oculus buttons until the LED begins flashing red/white. You can release the buttons immediately after the LED begins blinking, then wait a minute and try to pair it again to your headset normally.     Great but it loses tracking way too much for this price software need much work on the meta quest 2

    Left controller stopped tracking after a week. It would lock up after an hour of beat saber.

    Defective and over priced

    Item came defective. I experienced the right controller losing tracking after 30 seconds. The only way to get the tracking back was to put the headset into sleep mode, then wake it up. Only for it last another 30 seconds or so and require the same process to get it to work. Best Buy took them back no questions asked. Since I am primarily a PcVR player I went with the Valve knuckle controllers.

    Best Buy will no accept a return 15 days after buying high dollar merchandise even if it’s defective no exchange nothing meta quest items have no number to reach them have spent over a month trying to get defective item fixed over heating fire hazard buy somewhere with a return policy
