Installed without any problems, took some time to find out how to extend existing account. Pretty slow, occasionally hangs.

I would not renew this every year for the need to keep the ability to download my stock transactions and prices

There are not many alternatives i. This class. I hate the subscription service.

BB had an excellent price deal on the upgrade. But the interface has changed from what I was use to for 20+ years and I'd wished I could have stayed with the previous interface.

This software package did not update my Quicken 2018 Premier software on my computer. I was looking for Quicken 2020 Premier.

Buying a subscription every year for marginal upgrades that I don't need leaves a bad taste.

Quicken user for over 30 years. The product just keeps getting worse and worse. They should focus on cleaning up the backend rather than making cosmetic changes to the user interface. The only reason I continue to use is I don't have an alternative.

Even though my OS is up to date and this software is supposed to be compatible it won't download properly. The area to enter the info for the license never came up. Tried vomputer suggestions and they didn't work. No response from the company. Not happy!

Have been a long time Quicken user. A continuation of a good product.

Good product and a great value. Price could not be match.

If you are a existing Quicken user make sure you buy the box that does not say for new costumers only. The box that does not say ( for new costumers only) you will get a code to put in your already installed version of quicken (under Help tab pick Enter Activation Code) and all will be good no need to run the install CD. You get it for a better price at Best Buy then you would at Quicken.com where they charge full price for existing costumers and give new costumers the 40% discount. Thank you Best Buy for giving existing Quicken costumers the discount.

Been using Quicken for 30+ yrs. It has progressed from good to great and then to acceptable. It has recently become erratic, error prone and slow when it went on the Cloud. There are 20 million users and 19 million of them are desperately hoping for a substitute.

I have used this program since 1991 and it keeps getting better. Since Quicken was bought from Intuit, the changes keep coming and the best improvement is customer service. As a subscriber, you can get help from Quicken without having to pay as in the past. It might be impossible to write the perfect program to meet everyones personal needs, but I think Quicken comes close.

Easy to install and use. Very user friendly. I highly recommend it to keep track of our multiple on line purchases and e-transfers.
