In the box is the electric toothbrush, the carrying case in a nicely packaged design. Design and functionality - The design is unlike most toothbrushes of the electric variety. It is not big and bulky and it doesn't feel like a power tool that you're pulling out of your toolbox. It has a nice rounded handle, sleek and ergonomic design, sometimes simple is best especially when you're used to having a simple toothbrush. The brush head itself is small but not so small that it can't brush multiple teeth at the same time. There are gum agitators and a tongue brush (built in to the logo on the underside) and it feels like all you should need to brush your teeth properly. Just below the brush head, you'll see a small Q shape button that once pressed the vibrating action is enough to let you know it's truly working but not so much that it becomes overbearing and/or sounds like a chainsaw is going off inside of your head. The buttons are soft and rubberized almost textile and the feelings of them are easy to find during those early mornings when you're half asleep trying to brush your teeth. The case that the brush comes with has a brush holder built in and has a piece of adhesive that you can stick the brush anywhere. I went ahead and kept it all together including the plastic tube because it makes an awesome travel case. The case screws back together and it's completely sealed. Batteries - Changing the batteries is very simple, remove the head, grab the two tabs on the side and pull the motorized mechanism completely off the case and take out the batteries and change them. Toothbrush head removing is also very simple; pop the head off and replace it with the new one. According to the company, the heads last about three months before it's time to change them. Toothbrush App - The app now in my opinion is very buggy. I get it, It reminds you to brush your teeth and it also tracks your time that you spend brushing your teeth. It also has a rewards program that for points you gain from brushing your teeth regularly, you get to trade in for coupons or merchandise of your choosing. The merchandise supposedly rotates every month so you have an opportunity to get different things. It also includes a subscription that automatically replaces your head in 3 months, along with quips freshly branded toothpaste. The toothpaste is recommended to be used with this product as well as their electric flosser. I think that it is a very good system, unfortunately I like the toothpaste that I normally use. I do see myself picking up the flosser in the future. Overall, I love the simplicity and the case that comes with the toothbrush because it covers the whole brush. I would highly recommend this to friends and family.

Brush falls off after few days of use. Great while it lasts. Have to be very gentle pushing against teeth or it will fall of easily.
