Rachio is best out there, but still have issues while setting up. For example IOS 13.4/Iphone 11, I was not able to setup. I have to use an Iphone X to finish the setup. Customer service, forums are not that useful. Contact number is not available through website. Once you setup, this is a good product. Works with closest weather station and forget about changing your water schedule. I also have thrive subscription and had nightmare transferring to the new one. Error was showing nothing while transferring.

This is an awesome device. It’s Apple HomeKit certified, the app is easy to use. No need to go outside to adjust your schedules. Great product.

Nice wireless sprinkler system controller overall! Pretty easy to use and didn't take too long to figure out how to use the app. Would be nice if it had more controls on the controller itself, but for the price I would say you can't go wrong. I would definitely recommend this to others.

Bought this to replace my 2nd Generation Rachio Controller. It is an upgrade. Easier to use. Better Wi-Fi connection.

The Rachio line models 1 and 2 of sprinkler controllers are amazing. But the model 3 is a game changer over all other sprinkler controllers. It's customization is almost endless, and the built in weather app can detect weather and know when not to water the lawn because it's raining is just awesome. Now the Rachio 3 offers water usage monitoring with the purchase of the water flow meter, it can actually tell you how much water in gallons you are using in all your zones or any one zone in particular. As I said, it's a game changer.

The only drawback is that although it does adjust to local weather conditions, it tends to water a little more than is necessary and has to be adjusted accordingly. It is easy, however to make the adjustments
