I'm going on my 2nd replacement from Rachio since last year. It works great until it doesn't. I can't really recommend something that lasts less than a year. Give us a 10 years warranty and some quality control because if this next one dies I'm out of warranty and my money.

Not Great for Customizing

If you have a lawn and want it to plan your watering, then great. But I don't and wanted to customize the routine. It's really hard. The UI is terrible for doing anything non-custom and as a result I've had several plants die in my yard from lack of water.

Even with all the parameters calibrated, consistently underwatered the lawn.

Rachio still needs to improve this product

The menus are difficult to use if you want to have any manual control. I email Rachio questions but never heard back from them. I am very capable with technology but would not recommend this product.
