The manufacture warranty is two years therefore BEST BUY will defer and not cover anything that goes wrong with it since the TOTAL Member warranty is only good for two years. YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH Manufacture. Don't be fooled with the "Up to 24 months of product protection included for active Total members" it will never cover this item. FOUND IT THE HARD WAY WHEN IT STOP WORKING 10 months later. The 1 star is for Best Buy handling this issue. The system itself is pretty good, except this one went bad 10 months. Manufacture sending another one but Best Buy will also not cover the re-install even though I had them install it the 1st time through my membership.

We dedicated one of the zones to a drip line for plants and elevated garden. It was great to water where and when needed. Rain delay worked as promised. We'll put it to work when it warns up again!

Also, it did not seem to water for over a week when the internet went out while we were on vacation, despite assurances that it would.

The coolest feature that it has weather smart technology which will skip your watering for that day if forecast shows rain for that specific day. It is pretty accurate. App is easy to use. Love it.

Got more frequent as time passed. Then this spring it would disconnect daily until it would start disconnecting the minute after getting it reconnected. I know it’s not my wifi as everything else had exceptional connection in its vicinity. A shame really as the device in theory would have been great, but far too unreliable. I ended up replacing it with an old school irrigation controller.

Awesome System that i have had for about 3 Years
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ive had this for about three years so i may not have the latest version but i really like it the downside back when i got it was it was brand new and nobody knew how to use it but now eveyone seems to know. I like being able to discuss different zones with my landscape arcitect or my dad and adjust the zones right there on my phone. I also love the fact that with the flow detector any zone that has a leak will be shut down.
