The latest R&C game (which has been out for a while), is amazing in its action and challenge. I was a bit surprised by how much of its content (locations and planets) are borrowed from the older R&C games. It's not enough to spoil things though as almost every scene is modified in one way or another, and there is enough new content to keep it interesting . Action, scenery, and humor are good as ever.

Rachet and Clank for those who don't know is a remaster of the first game from the Ps2 era. Except this time the story is told from a different point of view. The gameplay is great, Platforming is easy and combat smooth. Rachet and Clank is a good Remaster and is how devs should do remaster.

Whoa, I didn't know if I was playing a reboot or a remaster, lol, some parts I've never seen before and other parts I was like "I've played this part before, but don't remember it looking this good!!" Animations are awesome, controls are on point, and the graphics are just plain crisp!!

It's Ratcher and Clank in the modern era. They remade the original game but improved it. Even if you played the original, you should play it to enjoy the game again but with extra content and refinement. It's like a remaster but they did much more than that to help it be relevant again.

Between the the three platforming series that have always been synonymous with Sony, Ratchet & Clank (the other two being Jak & Daxter and Sly Cooper) has always been far and away my favorite. This entry does not disappoint, though it did feel like it was over quicker than some of the others. Tons of fun weapons (as always) and lots of hidden secrets to go after once you're done with the game. This game can be lengthy if you want it to be.

I have played the previous versions of ratchet and clank and must say that this version has surpassed my expectations and is the best version to date. The graphics are superb and the storyline is enthralling. Recommended to any gamer who enjoyed previous versions of ratchet and clank.

My family played this game years ago when it was newly released on play station two. we loved it way back then and now on play station 4 it is so awesome. We got the new game for my grandsons birthday , which made him happy and he brought it over to play with his grandpa which made him happy.

Ratchet & clank is Awesome game no matter what i reccomended it

Ratchet and Clank for the PS4 is a remake of the original game from back in the PS2 era, to celebrate the launch of the movie released in 2016. Unlike the film, the game perfect recaptures what makes the Ratchet and Clank series so fun. Visuals are amazing, like watching a Pixar film.

I purchased this as a gift for my 3rd grader. Just thought I'd take a chance on it sorta 'judging a book/game by it's cover'. It's been a perfect gift. He loves it and has been very entertained with it. Very easy for him to work it/navigate it himself, which is what I need as a busy mom.

Simple platformer, 10 and up, kids will love it. I got this for my 10 year old nephew, he loves it! They made a movie. I think it may be on Netflix that shows cut scenes from it throughout the game. If I was a mom or dad I would make this game a kids second game after Knack. Enjoy!

The incredible graphics will be the first thing you notice, but despite the first drop in the series from 60FPS to 30FPS, the game plays beautifully. It's a remake of the PS2 original, but has been reworked from top to bottom. Fans and newcomers alike won't go wrong here. It's not the most challenging game in the world, but there's a great deal of fun to be had experimenting with the game's wide variety of weapons.

This game was everything I expected from it and more. Nostalgia, fun, ingenuity. I was so looking forward to Dark Souls III over this title, but this one completely stole the show for me. Its fun, fresh, and makes me feel like I am back in 2002, but with flawless controls this time around!

I took the plunge and bought the PS4. One being the upcoming release of Monster Hunter. I have to admit I am an xbox fan. I have always pretty much have been an xbox fan but we do own a PS3 because my mom is a die hard ratchet and clank fan. She just loves Ratchet and Clank.

Such a fantastic game that does everything right. Zero bugs. Amazing graphics. Engaging gameplay.

Ratchet & Clank for the PS4 is a fantastic game! Reminds me of the days of the excellent collect-a-thon games such as Jak & Daxter and Donkey Kong 64. Awesome graphics, upgradeable weaponry, gradual strengthening of the player's character and tons of collectibles make this an insta-buy!

Was hesitant to purchase a remake, but since I enjoyed the original, figured I'd give this one another try. The new version did not disappoint and looks great on my 4k TV (on a playstation pro). Graphics definitely improved and gameplay felt smooth. This game did not age at all.

If you liked Ratchet and Clank or are looking for a kid friendly game, this is one of the best choices out there. It has it small glitches but nothing that will completely take you away from the beauty and the fun of the game. This is a must buy for anyone that has kids that want to play games or you want to play a new ratchet game that has similarities to the past games but still vastly different, this is the one you should buy.

With the recent trends of remakes and remasters, these kinds of games are a dime a dozen but this one stands out, being released with a decent movie and all. It was a great revisit and remake of a classic PS2 series. Highly recommend to oldies and newcomers alike.
