Fun gameplay and good story. Basically the same story from the original but it's a gorgeous game.

I've always enjoyed the Ratchet & Clank series, and this game lives up to its history. It's just pure fun to explore the beautifully rendered worlds and blast away at aliens with so many crazy weapons. The upgrade system is satisfying as well, and all the environments are unique and memorable. My only complaint would be that it's a little short, even for a $40 game, but not so much that it deserves less than five stars. Awesome game!

This game is not only kid friendly but fun for adults also, that it even had me laughing at times.

As a huge fan of the Ratchet & Clank series, this game was...just serviceable. The game's gorgeous, and the weapons are fun to use, but the writing in this one just felt REALLY off, and the story didn't come close to being the likes of A Crack in Time, which is severely disappointing. Also, the lack of an Arena is just baffling. A really fun game, but don't expect anything grand with this. If anything, it feels like a good foundation for a better Ratchet game in the future, here's hoping the writing gets some big improvements.

Playing Ratchet and Clank is like playing a Pixar movie. The animation and fluid gameplay are really well done and the music is good. Ratchet and Clank has really nice visuals and areas to explore and is elevated with good art direction and style. The game is fun to play and really feels like you've stepped into a cartoon world where anything can happen.

The game is really fun and exciting. the story line is easy to follow.

I got this game as a part of a Black Friday deal with the PS4. I loved the original Ratchet and Clank game back on the Playstation 2 and so when I saw it was part of the deal I jumped all over it. I didn't know that this would be a "remastered" version from the original. I started playing and was immediately thrown back in time to when I use to play on the PS2. Absolutely love it! Still has the same Qwarkyness ;) to it.

Fun little game for everyone. My kids enjoy it some can sometimes be a bit challenging so I get to step in and help.

For the $20 I paid, you can't beat the value here. Even at the original $40, I would have bought it and have been extremely satisfied. I just now got a PS4, and this game was on my must-buy list. Truly a delight from beginning to end, and even beyond that. I could go on, but that's all there is to it. If you own a PS4, you have to have this game. Truly the best videogame based on a movie based on a videogame ever. ;)

One of the most visually stunning games out there with fun gameplay and characters and story!

This game has been a blast to play. They updated the story a little from the original and remade all the gameplay/graphics so it looks and feels great to play. The story follows the same basic arch from the original and obviously the same story from the movie that was released at the same time (the cutscenes are actually clips from the movie). Great graphics and fun gameplay make this game a must play for PS4 owners.

Ratchet is back to make his debut on the PS4. Great visuals and retelling of the original story.

Developers did RC fans justice with this title. Pretty fun and easy to just pick up and play

Typical R&C: fun game play, tight platforming controls, wacky weapons. If you've played any of them before, you know what to expect. My son (6) will play this along with me & we both have fun. I play this using a PS4 Pro on a 4K TV and the visuals are spectacular (make sure you turn HDR on). If you didn't know better, you'd swear it was a Pixar film. Stunning. It's cheap too, so there's no reason not to buy it!

Finally got the chance to pick this bad boy up and my god is it fun and extremely gorgeous especially on my PS4 Pro with HDR. I haven't completed the game yet, about half way through I believe, but when I do play I just can't get enough. The platforming is fantastic and true to the original Ratchet and Clank titles. This is a MUST own if you have a PS4 and enjoy platformers with great basic customization.

I bought this game for my younger brother I watched him playing the game and I liked it.

Ratchet and Clank is an excellent throwback to PS1-era platformers like Sly Cooper, Crash Bandicoot, and of course Ratchet and Clank. You control Ratchet (and sometimes Clank) on a quest to stop Dr. Nefarious and save the galaxy. The game is at its best when you're destroying waves of enemies with ridiculous weapons, but there's other variety as well like using just Clank to solve platforming puzzles. Don't miss this one!
