If you liked Ratchet and Clank back when it was on the PS2 you'll love this. In fact any of them really, this is the one series that hasn't changed much throughout the different generations. One of the best games I have played in awhile. A definite must have for PS4 owners.

i was really looking forward for a ratchet and clank game on the ps4, after i played all games on the ps3 (including the ps2 remastered games) and this game does not disappoint. would recommend it for every ratchet and clank fan, and also for newcomers to this series.

Was able to pick this game up for $20 on sale. I remember playing it when I was younger, figured my kids will appreciate Ratchet and Clank as much as I did. Great graphics, my son loves it. Kinda wish it was 2 players so I can jump in with my kids. Doesn't seem like a whole lot of games to choose from for 2 players. It does seem a little repetitive but still a fun game. For $20, its worth the investment.

New to PS4 got this for my 7 yr old daughter and must admit for myself. I think all these games should come with directions on how to play/tips/etc. perhaps there is a way but only way I know is YouTube. Quite frustrating at times actually causing us to stop playing. Feel free to comment on this, also why not make more kids games, seems very limited, huge market, I know I would buy more!

I never played Ratchet and Clank before but I purchased it on a whim because I had an expiring coupon and had nothing I really wanted to use it on. This game was worth every cent! Very fun and entertaining game with great mechanics and story line. Buy it today!

I am a fan of the original series and was excited to learn that a new/updated version of the first game was being released. I waited until it went on sale, and bought it right away. The game takes me back to being young and enjoying games for the sake of enjoyment.

Great game and somewhat a bit challenging. I wanted to try it before Ratchet and Clank rift apart came out and was not disappointed.

I was very worried that this would suck given its a tie in with the movie. I was so happy to see it is a very legit game. Game play is fun and challenging, the amount of weapons keeps it fresh all game long.

I loved this game - in an era where most games tend to be more stressful and "mature", this return to a more innocent time was great! Beautiful game, great mechanics, and my two year old at home loves to watch while I play. Great value for money as well!

Overall a great platformer. Even if you've never played a Ratchet and Clank game you'll love this one. Definitely defines what the PS4 is capable of in terms of graphics and game play. Kudos to Insomniac Game for bringing back this awesome game to a whole new level.

This game perfectly captures what made Ratchet & Clank a household name a dozen years ago. Tons of unique guns, gratuitous robot explosions, a quirky storyline and lovable characters make this a must-play for those looking for a bit of nostalgia and newcomers alike!

Picked up this game for my nephew as a birthday gift and he totaly loved it. Its a fun friendly game. I played it with him a little bit and it threw me back in time. Brought back so many memories. We will definitely go see the movie, come April 28th. You should too.

I played the original Ratchet and Clank when it came out for the Ps2. The same great game play is still here, only now it's much much prettier. But unfortunately the game isn't as funny as I remember Insomniac's original being. As the cut scenes for the game are pulled directly from the animated movie I felt like the story telling wasn't as cohesive as the originals and that's why I took a star away.

The game is about 7 hours long and gets really good once you beat the game and unlock challenge mode which throws bigger more difficult enemies at you. The weapons are unique as well. It's a throw back to older games where timing and eye-hand coordination were key.

A good game for young and old alike. Good graphics fluent controls. I would recommend

I have never played ratchet and clank so this was a must to pick up on the PS4 enjoying every minute of it

My 7 year old granddaughter just loves this game. It's easy enough for her to figure out what's needed to win the challenge and move on to the next level. I love how excited she gets knowing she can play this game with no help. Great game for beginners

I rarely pay full price for a game, let alone one I will beat in 2 days or less. But this is an exception. It's ratchet and crank, but not an HD remake, but a full blown graphical overhaul. They rebuilt it from the ground up and added a few extra twists as well.
