    Expensive and seemed gimmicky. They claim to stream, but will only record up to 60 secs at a time. Also only allow music okay playback through Spotify. With many more features they could actually be cool, but not as is. I returned them.

    So far it sucks Audio goes in and out when im talking on the phone.

    Microphone tends to stop working. This is my fourth pair. Same issue.

    Worked for 3 months of average usage than won't pair Tried everything I could find on YouTube and on message boards But hey I got a pair of Ray-Bans :-(

    The rayban speaker stopped to work after less than 2 months and best buy said I need to ask for support with rayban

    The glasses that came were not the glasses I ordered. I ordered the green lenses and I got black lenses.

    Do not let Best Buy's shipping times fool you. I ordered this 7 days ago and was supposed to get today on the 8th but delayed (the 2nd order in a row). I ordered this from Meta on Monday and got on Wednesday but still waiting on Best Buy Order, which I will be returning. Do not fall for Best Buys shipping promising like I have, order from a reputable company.

    Lights automatically come on in low light settings is really distracting sonce you cant turn them off.

    Speakers are the downfall

    Speakers on the side are loud. Everyone can hear your converations,music,etc.

      The Ray-Ban Meta Glasses speakers are designed to direct sounds towards the ear, but calls, messages, or music may be audible to others depending on your volume level and the amount of noise around you. You can remove your glasses while they are playing media to check how your volume may sound to others.

      Volume can be adjusted by:
      - Changing volume directly on your phone
      - Swiping on the touchpad on the right-side temple of your glasses (forward to turn the volume up, back to turn the volume down)

    It never arrived , they called me to replace the order and then it’s cancelled and I get a refund , after two months . That’s not fair .

    Recieved a wrong size. Larger size was selected and smaller delievred. Now I’m not in the country and unable to exchange as this was a gift for someone.
