    It’s incredible what these glasses are capable of I do however think they pose somewhat of a risk to people’s privacy with how many permissions you have to grant in order to use them.

    The camera is what I care about most and it's relatively good. It's relatively wide and has a really unique perspective. You can get some pretty unique first-person footage - especially from things like sports. Footage quality is OK - it does well under well-lit environments and not so great in low light/night. Shoots at 1376x1840 at 30fps. There is also a pretty bright LED that turns on when you take photos/video and you won't be able to take photos/video when it's covered (I tried with a black 1/4" sticker).

    Frames feel solid, the transition lenses are actually really cool and work well. Problem is I bought these for dog walk content in MN and apparently cold kills these. And this is mild winter temps. Meta estimates up to 4hrs battery life and gave example of 100 videos + syncing as what to expect. My real life results: Walk 1: 34°f, sunny. 23 videos and a 1min test live stream. Got a 2% battery warning around 40 min into walk so i stopped using for rest of walk. Walk 2: 27°f, night, 13 videos (8.5min of footage) before dying over a 30min span. I was recording a clip of the battery life being bad and as if on cue it dropped from 42% to 2% live while recording lol. If you create outdoor winter content, these won't be worth it. Imagine actual MN temps at under 0° -- theyd probably just turn off. Separately Meta AI is not good, you cant look up sports scores or other real time info.
