Just 5 days later, the left arm completely disconnected from the frame, dangling uselessly. Despite attempts to reattach it, the connection point seemed fundamentally flawed. Thankfully, Best Buy's customer service was excellent. They quickly processed a replacement, upgrading me to the Headliners model at no additional cost. While I love the Meta technology and features, I'm deeply concerned about the build quality of these premium $300 glasses. The replacement process was smooth, but I shouldn't have needed it for a brand-new product. I hope the Headliners model proves more durable, as the technology itself is truly impressive when it actually stays in one piece.

Put glasses on in bright sunshine in the car and nothing much happened, that's a fail. Also as others have stated, the plastic material the glasses are made of is cheap, very cheap. I'll be returning these.

When using a hot spot the Wi-Fi connection is intermittent. I am blind, so I am looking forward to Meta connecting with Be My Eyes. A shorter "Wake Phrase" would be better.
