They are perfect for joggers, walkers, and bicycle riders who need to stay aware of their surroundings for safety reasons. These glasses feature transition lenses, which adjust based on UV light. When you're indoors or in a car, the lenses will be clear or translucent, so keep in mind that they won't function as sunglasses in those settings.
