    I’m NOT ready to give any star yet! Firstly I cannot see anything, everything is blurry. I paid that much money thinking I had the option to get Amethyst lenses but I got clear lenses that I see blurry in them. This needs fixing right away! My regular Rayban is better. I feel like I got scammed.

    Well this is the second pair of Meta glasses that I have purchased within less then a month...the 1st pair stopped working in 3 weeks. So cant really give good stars for a defective product.

    horrible. Won't stay synced to Apple phone, follow commands. Will be returning these shortly! Very disappointed. Obtained these to assist my vision impaired husband.

    If you have a cell phone already, this product is pointless. The lenses were not clear and without some shape.

    $400 for his glasses and was told that they had the AI experience in them. I was misled by a sales associate they lied. Do not buy things from Best Buy. Unless you do research they give you headache glasses as well.

    The picture that you take are far away,the arms are to tight behind the ears getting headaches cant enjoy them for long periods of time. The transition lens are not dark enough.

    I would NOT recommend this product! I had to return a week after purchase. It cut off in the middle of use and would not connect again.

    Loved using the product for the 2 Months that it worked. Shortly after my 2 month return window the speakers stopped working. Now it won’t connect to the meta app.

      Hello Jesse, thank you for bringing your issue to our attention.

      We understand you are having some issues with the audio on your glasses and getting them connected to your app. Please find the steps below to connect your glasses to the app.

      Remove your glasses from the case.
      Turn your glasses on by sliding the power switch on the left frame towards the front of the glasses.
      Put your glasses back inside the case, making sure that you gently push down on the top of the glasses so that the bottom of the nose bridge on your glasses makes contact with the charging port inside the case.
      When the case LED starts flashing blue, your device is ready to pair with the Meta AI mobile app.
      If your device doesn't automatically go into pairing mode, you can manually turn pairing mode on by pressing and holding the button on the back of the case for at least 5 seconds.
      From the Meta AI mobile app, tap in the bottom right.
      Tap in the top right and follow the on-screen instructions.
