The camera quality is impressive, the built-in speakers sound good, and the controls are easy to learn. They’re lightweight and comfortable to wear for long periods. Overall, a really solid and enjoyable device.

Terrific Audio. Great for sensitive ears

Gaming headsets and ear buds make this happen more often. After seeing reviews from people with sensitive ears, I decided to try these out as an option for when I'm gaming with the kids on their twitch streams. While recording with the glasses, ambient sounds around you are freely picked up. As a microphone and sound option, they act as they do for phone calls and only use the nose piece microphone. The sound isolation created by that is insanely good. The kids can now hear me on stream clearer than with any other audio solutions we've tried in the past. I can hear them and the game audio clearly, while still hearing stuff around me. My family is so impressed by how well done the audio is that one of the streamers and my husband are both considering a pair themselves. Only negative is they are HUGE on me. This is not unexpected as I wear just barely above a child's size in glasses, so most sunglasses and "standard sizes" are much too big for my face. They're still comfortable, if not a tad bit heavy, at that size. Battery life could be a bit longer, but they do recharge quickly. If you're on the fence, I highly recommend trying them out.

The ability to losten to music without headphones or ear buds is great. You can still hear the outside world while walking around. If you travel or have kids, the abiity tomtake videos and take pictures is great. No more having to take out your phone. Either push the button on your glasses or tell meta to do it. I love that i can take videos while playing with my child or riding our bikes. Its really cool while on vacation. I used it while taking the river walk cruise and didnt have to take my phone out. I have the normal sunglasses i i usually don’t wear them inside so im pretty sure getting the transition glasses or the polarized lenses will be even better.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my meta glasses very comfortable shades battery life isn’t as long as regular headphones but the recharge is very fast the volume is good as well not to loud but in loud places can come in a little faint the only negative I have is I wish the charging port was in another location on the glasses it’s a cool feature to put them in the case to charge but any type of moisture that gets on the charging area will mess up the glasses if you do buy get the extended warranty

I havent shbscribed to the idea that glasses like this and the A.R are the future, though these glases are the step in that direction of that. My favorit part is, i feel more in reality then when using them, unlike with other tech devices like my phone, laptop, etc, which tend to take you out of reality
