    [Employee of bestbuy] These actually do way more than I expected. Listens to audio, talk on the phone, takes photos, hooks up to your Facebook account where you can go live and also has a hey meta voice command that allows you to ask questions etc.

    There was a manufacturer defect issue with the meta glasses and I contacted Best Buy and instantly they told me to come in and they ordered me a new pair with no issues. I highly recommend Best Buy in Baldwin, NY whenever you’re buying a product and can say they definitely are a great company and they do what they need to do to help the customer. The representative was very professional and the processes, fast and easy. Even though I was stressed out, Best Buy put my mind at ease.
