I loved the glasses and all the features. They came in so handy when I went on my trip recently and it translated not only the signs, but the conversations with waiters and cashiers.

They work so good taking calls, and listening to audio books and music. I haven't yet tried taking pictures or video but so far I am very happy with them. Plus they look and feel great as sunglasses.

We are glad to hear that you love your glasses, while your glasses may only have 4 hours of charge per full charge. You can expect an additional 32 hours with a fully charged case, if you want to extent the lifespan of the battery we would suggest turning them off when not in use.
We hope that you continue to get some great use out of the glasses along with all of the amazing features they offer!

Idk what the matter is. Overall there cool for the POV content, pics, and videos. Battery life is like 3-4 hours.

We understand you are having some issues with your Ray-Ban glasses light staying on even when they are turned off. We know this is not ideal and we would like to suggest some helpful steps you can take to force restart your glasses, this should fix the issue you are having with your LED light.
To force restart your glasses using the Meta AI app:
-In the Meta AI App, tap the Glasses icon
-If you have multiple devices paired with the Meta AI mobile app, swipe left or right to select the device you want to use
-Tap Settings
-Tap General
-Tap Force restart
We hope this has helped and your glasses are now functioning the way you expect them to. If you are still having issues however, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our support team via our Meta online help center. One of our advisors would be more than happy to help!

We recommend when cleaning them you use a dampened cloth and mild soap, avoiding all types of solvents or alcohol.
