To optimize the battery life, you can disable the "Hey Meta" feature and instead use tap and hold to activate the voice assistant. To turn off "Hey Meta", open the Meta AI app > Settings, and disable the feature.
Please also ensure your glasses are always running the latest software by updating whenever an update is available.
