Very helpful for traveling purposes. Makes like so much easier

I purchased Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarers last Friday, excited about the smart features and accessibility options. Just 5 days later, the left arm completely disconnected from the frame, dangling uselessly. Despite attempts to reattach it, the connection point seemed fundamentally flawed. Thankfully, Best Buy's customer service was excellent. They quickly processed a replacement, upgrading me to the Headliners model at no additional cost. While I love the Meta technology and features, I'm deeply concerned about the build quality of these premium $300 glasses. The replacement process was smooth, but I shouldn't have needed it for a brand-new product. I hope the Headliners model proves more durable, as the technology itself is truly impressive when it actually stays in one piece.

The product is great my service was not so much. Initially when I came in I was overlooked and ignored then sent to an area where they were not expecting me and had the wrong information. The sales associate was rude and had no knowledge of the product and was very dismissive. Still purchased the item because it was my son’s birthday and he wanted them. Got home and realized she had sold me the wrong item. Went back to store and she walked up and apologized for giving me the wrong item. The experience was very unsettling and I felt discriminated against and mistreated. Definitely made me not want to shop at Best Buy again. Very bad experience.

They are very helpful when you have your hands full or even when you are driving.

They’re good glasses and the shades are really good, but would only recommend this product if you know you’ll use it on a daily basis and/or you spend time taking pictures/videos of things. Wouldn’t recommend if you just want to wear sunglasses and listen to music with this product.

Video is ok. Transition lens didn't work for me. Put glasses on in bright sunshine in the car and nothing much happened, that's a fail. Also as others have stated, the plastic material the glasses are made of is cheap, very cheap. I'll be returning these.

Sound quality for music is okay. Picture quality is okay but it’s great for taking phone calls and for listening to videos when you need to be hands free

The glasses are good when they are working. I recently have had a problem with the speakers not working. I followed thd directions for a factory reset and the orange LED light will not turn on. I thought it was me but I google the directions and found out its not just me. Others have had these same problems. The factory reset doesn't work, the speakers stop working, there are issues that arent easily solved.

Purchased these glasses as a gift for my teenaged grandson. He enjoys them very much.

It’s really good. I’m enjoying it so far and I’m loving my Rya ban.

Loved the product however the frame broke quickly. Other then that everything was fun to use the glasses have a lot of gadgets to use.

The AI isn't really all too helpful. Ex: you cannot look at something and ask how much does it cost while a quick Google picture with your phone could answer that. If the glasses ran off of gemini/ Google the glasses would be amazing.

Worth every penny I was worried that I would not like the software but they are definitely worth it
