So I admit I'm a techie, but this product exceeded my expectations. The sound quality on the open ear speakers is mind-blowing, yet so private. The conversational AI is what takes it over the top. I ended up upgrading to the Gen2 model for better battery life. I use them to record me playing instruments live so it ends up using a lot of battery life
