    The glasses honestly were cool at first but they do not stay connected to the phone and only work once in a while.

    Very cool concept but unfortunately if you have a lot of hair on your head the mic gets covered and you can’t talk to them.

    On the one year mark, they stopped working... to the day ! I have one year to return them and on the one year mark, the battery on the glasses stopped working, the case wouldnt connect or reset, and the glasses are now a brick.

    Stopped working after 6 months. The worst part was that I wanted the same ones because I had gotten the prescription lenses, and then they tell me that they don’t have them anymore, and another worst part was that I paid extra for the protection

    I had high hopes for the Meta AI Ray-Ban sunglasses, but unfortunately, my experience has been quite frustrating. The software is very buggy and crashes frequently, making it hard to rely on the device. One of the biggest annoyances is the voice dictation feature—it doesn’t stop when I want it to, causing constant interruptions and confusion. Overall, the device feels unfinished and needs a lot of improvement before it can be considered user-friendly or dependable.

    I bought 2 glasses. One of them was defected with the frame and they change it the replaced one working with my phone and not working with my wife phone. It is very strange

    Cannot listen to music while recording- the intention behind the product is to use them while being active. Who doesn’t listen to music while doing a workout. Fix this feature

    They broke in 7 days , the seal from kne of the arms I bought it before my 2 month trip and was able to use it only 7 days

    Microphone barely picks up your voice

    They are pretty cool, but the phone call feature nobody on the other end of the call can hear me, also it barely responds to “Hey Meta” you have to keep repeating yourself or almost yell for it to respond! I don’t like that at all, also they scratch easily.

      There are a few steps we recommend taking in order to hopefully resolve this for you:

      - Make sure you are on the latest software and app version (App version needs to be 143 or above)
      - Check if the glasses are up to date by navigating to Settings > "Device Name" > Updates
      Turn the Microphone Adjustment Toggle to "On"
      - Open the Meta View App and navigate to Settings > "Device Name" > Microphone Troubleshooting
      - Retest the microphone to see if the issue is fixed
      Note: Toggling the Microphone Adjustment Toggle mid-call creates issues with audio quality. You can turn the toggle on and keep it on permanently if it resolves the issue.

      If this issue still persists, we highly recommend reaching out to our Support Team so they can work with you more directly and request a few more details to help resolve the microphone issue on your glasses.     Microphone died in the first 30 days!!

    Love the concept of just saying “hey Meta, take a picture”. But the microphone stopped functioning within the first 30 days of use. Went through all the troubleshooting steps including a factory reset and it still doesn’t work. I can still take pictures but not using the “hey Meta” function. The glasses only have one camera versus 3 for example on your iPhone so the focal length is not as good which means when you take a photo and then try to zoom in it doesn’t have the same quality as your phone’s camera. Overall nice concept but the quality is not good considering the price you pay for these. I would not recommend.

    Worked for 3 months of average usage than won't pair Tried everything I could find on YouTube and on message boards But hey I got a pair of Ray-Bans :-(

    Went to Best Buy, it’s clear that the employees they hire don’t know anything about the product they sell. I asked the guy if these were the bigger glasses he scanned it and said yes these are the bigger 53mm ones… at the time I didn’t think I had to do research seeing as I watched him scan the barcode and looked them up for me. Well I get home and these these were the RW4006(50mm) I needed the RW4008 (53mm)

    To start, i was sold a plan from best buy after being told it would replace the glasses. Glasses were lost or stolen, and now best buy says no replacement. The manager in spartanburg was more than halpy to co.e out qith a huge condescending smile on his face and tell me he could refund the plan but there was nothing he could do. I recently had a pair taken before they were even shipped to me and best buy was all shoulder shrugs and smiles. All that to say, the glasses have no location feature, which is wild. Meta glasses and best buy both suck. Wait for upgrades and find another place to buy them.
